Engineering Manager - 100% (m/f)
We are seeking a highly experienced Engineering Manager with a strong background in multidisciplinary coordination across Civil, MEP, Architectural, and Trackwork packages. The candidate will play a leading role in managing design review, technical compliance, and coordination across disciplines for a rail maintenance facility.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee all engineering disciplines including Civil, MEP, Architecture, and Trackwork throughout the design and construction phases of rail maintenance facility.
• Ensure integration of all design elements in line with project specifications, quality standards, and authority requirements.
• Coordinate with the client, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure timely approvals.
• Monitor progress of design submissions and ensure timely reviews and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and international best practices.
• Provide expert guidance during technical reviews, site inspections, and design workshops.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in civil / mechanical / electrical engineering or architecture from an accredited university. Master's Degree is an advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in similar roles within large-scale infrastructure or rail/maintenance projects.
• GCC experience is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of working on at least one project of similar size and complexity.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
