Job summary

JLL Dubai is seeking a senior Engineering professional to manage and govern critical engineering delivery in line with the Statement of Work. You will oversee preventative and reactive maintenance, project works, and help desk activities while ensuring HSE compliance and contractual obligations across diverse regional sites.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in critical engineering with 5+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience in Critical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience in lead or management role.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contractual compliance with all engineering delivery.
• Provide technical delivery and governance of contract requirements and organise the site team.
• Oversight of all contract activities including safety and audits; manage training updates.
• Develop and sign off IST Testing planning with the local team.
• Coordinate test windows with internal clients and ensure documentation control.
• Staff management for direct reports and contractors; participate in succession planning.

Job Summary

Goals

• To Manage and ensure the Compliant delivery of all Engineering services in line with JLL s Statement of work and delivery methods
• To Manage and ensure Playbook and Operational Compliance Program OCP delivery and reporting in line with contractual Matrix
• To manage all aspects of Planned Preventative Maintenance PPM Reactive Maintenance Project Works and Help Desk Calls in accordance with both client and JLL requirements
• Take the technical advisor role in small works minor projects with monitoring and governance of both aspects
• To assist and support the Senior Engineering Management in all functions to ensure HSE and contractual compliance

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• To ensure contractual compliance with all engineering delivery
• To be responsible technical delivery and governance of the contract requirements and organisation of the site team s in order to meet the contractual agreement Where applicable monitor and ensure all training requirements of the engineering personnel are kept up to date and compliant
• Oversight of all contract activities both maintenance and projects and ensure all safety aspects are managed and monitored in accordance with site procedures and requirements
• Drive and deliver innovative cost reduction or sustainability programs
• Support the team with the preparation of budget documentation from an engineering delivery perspective as required for client approvals
• Cross regional support associated with staff during peak workloads and or holiday and sickness cover for the engineering senior management team
• Staff supervision including all full-time part-time sub-contractors and specialist providers
• Be proactive and provide technical guidance in relation to preventative maintenance and extra works delivery
• Comply with all procedures and maintain clear amp legible records as required
• Actively participate in emergency out of hour escalations and provide written incident reports as required
• Develop and sign off detailed planning of the IST Testing activities in conjunction with the local team
• Attendance at these events to ensure cohesive delivery
• Co-ordination of test windows with the internal clients to include documentation control and management Service Now
• In support of the critical environments manager and engineering teams to ensure the following critical activities are up to date and achieved as required
• Playbook Procedures implemented and validated as required
• Advise any operational risks are up to date and notified to the regional team
• Critical Asset tracker updates to ensure these are replaced before they cause critical failures
• Annual Plant Condition Assessment
• Critical Spares Inventory
• PPM Plan in line with client
• Critical Site Infrastructure CSI matrix
• Oversight of Change Requests Required for all works on services which may impact critical works
• Fire Systems testing and recording
• Close all actions assigned from audits and assurance visits gap plan produced and tracked
• Personnel management of direct reports
• Participate in succession planning development requirements and training as assigned by Regional Engineering Management

Experience
