Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead critical engineering services in Dubai, ensuring compliant delivery, playbook and OCP adherence, and governance of maintenance, projects, and help desk functions.

The role requires extensive leadership, coordination across regional teams, and a strong focus on safety and budget controls to support client requirements and deliver reliable infrastructure services.

Qualifications

• Recognised Electrical or Mechanical Engineering qualifications.
• Leadership and management experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contractual compliance with engineering delivery.
• Monitor and ensure training requirements of engineering personnel.
• Oversee maintenance and project activities with safety focus.
• Support regional engineering management and budget documentation for client approvals.
• Provide technical guidance on preventive maintenance and extra works.
