Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer Manager to ensure compliant delivery of all engineering services. You will manage PPMs, reactive maintenance, projects, and help desk activities, providing technical governance and escalation support.

The role requires a minimum 10 years in critical engineering with leadership experience, fluent English, and strong HSE and contract awareness. On-site Dubai location with global responsibilities and regional coordination.

Qualifikationen

• Recognised Electrical or Mechanical Engineering qualifications
• Leadership and Management experience
• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or recognised equivalent
• Professional Accreditation’s NEBOSH or Equivalent

Aufgaben

• Ensure contractual compliance with all engineering delivery.
• Govern contract requirements and organise the site team to meet the contract.
• Monitor and ensure training requirements of engineering personnel are up to date.
• Oversee maintenance and project activities; ensure safety compliance.
• Provide technical guidance on preventative maintenance and extra works.
• Participate in emergency out-of-hours escalations and incident reporting.
• Sign off detailed IST Testing planning with local team.
