Job Overview

We are seeking ambitious and talented fresh graduates in Civil Engineering, Architecture, and other engineering disciplines (excluding IT) to join our one-year structured graduate program. This immersive initiative is designed to provide hands-on experience in real estate development, project execution, and construction management .

As a Graduate Trainee , you will work alongside seasoned professionals, gain real-world exposure to live projects, and develop the skills necessary for a successful career in the construction and real estate industry . The program is 80-90% practical , with structured training, mentorship, and professional development activities making up the rest.

Key Responsibilities

• Shadow Senior Project Managers to understand project lifecycles and execution.
• Assist in project planning, budgeting, and contract administration .
• Support in turnkey project delivery for resorts, buildings, and residential developments.
• Participate in on-site inspections, quality control, and safety compliance .
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, clients, contractors, and construction specialists .
• Learn and apply industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, BIM, Revit, Primavera P6, and MS Project .
• Engage in rotational assignments within different project teams for diversified learning.
• Attend structured technical and leadership training workshops .
• Develop problem-solving and negotiation skills in a real-world setting.
• Gain hands-on experience in risk management and contingency planning .
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, safety codes, and environmental policies .
• Contribute to project documentation, progress tracking, and stakeholder communication .
