Responsibilities

• Provides support to the Engineering Division by managing project logistics, documentation, and communication.
• Ensures projects run smoothly by coordinating resources, tracking progress, and maintaining clear communication between team members and stakeholders.
• Preparing reports, managing schedules, facilitating meetings, and ensuring compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Perform all duties in compliance with brand standards, service behaviors, and governmental regulations.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
• Attend meetings, daily briefings and training sessions.
• Acquire a working knowledge of hotel facilities to respond to guest questions.
• Ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within Occupational Health and Safety policies and guidelines.
• Maintain property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and adhere to policies.
• Maintain a high standard of service and professionalism.
• Work with hotel colleagues and guests to keep brand excellent service standards.
• Empathetically listen to client queries/complaints and work with colleagues to find solutions.

What will you do
