Engineering Coordinator
Job description
Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance and repair activities for all hotel facilities including restaurants and kitchens.
- Ensure all equipment is functioning correctly and safely by conducting regular checks.
- Schedule and perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize disruptions.
- Collaborate with hotel management to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve engineering-related issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, equipment status, and repair histories.
- Assist in budgeting and planning for engineering projects, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards, promoting a safe working environment.
- Lead and manage the maintenance team, providing training and support as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong command of the English language.
