OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE:

  • Answer the telephone courteously and efficiently, following hotel standards.
  • Record all incoming calls, requests, tasks, and incidents, ensuring follow-up and guest satisfaction.
  • Attend to visitors, suppliers, and contractors' requests at the reception.
  • Manage maintenance contracts with third-party vendors and contractors.
  • Maintain organized files and trace systems in the engineering office.
  • Follow up on enterprise system updates to ensure compliance.
  • Update the GSS scoreboard daily.
  • Monitor stationary supplies and update relevant records.
  • Post important announcements and messages on the bulletin board.
  • Update HLP records, pest control reports, and departmental training reports monthly.
  • Prepare monthly departmental meeting agendas and presentations, distribute minutes.
  • Coordinate HR processes such as onboarding, job chats, cross-training, probation, performance reviews, and training.
  • Distribute departmental payslips and ensure follow-up on asset stickers.
  • Prepare local expense reports, manuals, and certificates.
  • Update the departmental organization chart.
  • Assist during special events like weddings.
  • Report safety hazards or maintenance issues immediately.
  • Prepare and review documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain office equipment and liaise with service providers for repairs.
  • Attend to phone calls as needed.
  • Prepare monthly reports, ensure proper filing, and maintain departmental forms.
  • Maintain a safe, hygienic work environment and perform related duties as assigned.
  • Ensure associates have proper supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
