Job summary

Hilton Abu Dhabi is looking for an Engineering Administrator & Order-Taker (Emirati) to support the Engineering office with administrative tasks and to manage service requests. You will act as a liaison between guests and engineering teams to ensure timely responses and smooth operation.

This role requires effective communication, organization, and a customer-focused approach to deliver the light and warmth of hospitality across all interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting an engineering or facilities office.
• Ability to log and track maintenance/service requests.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

As an Engineering Administrator & Order-Taker (Emirati), you’re not just supporting seamless operation of the hotel's engineering department – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Support daily office operations: Provide administrative support for the Engineering office in accordance with company standards and procedures
• Manage order-taking requests: Receive and log engineering service requests, assign work orders to the appropriate team members, and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate maintenance requests: Receive, record, and follow up on maintenance requests from guests and hotel departments, ensuring timely assistance from the Engineering team.
• Handle communication and coordination: Manage incoming calls and emails, assign maintenance requests, and ensure professional communication with relevant departments.
