Job summary

Hilton in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Human Resources Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, guide Team Members and Heads of Department on policies, and contribute to a warm, hospitality-focused culture.

You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, employee relations, payroll support, and HR administration, while upholding UAE labour laws and maintaining confidential records. A background in hospitality HR and English proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, business, hospitality or related field; preferred.
• Experience in HR coordination or supervisory role, ideally in hospitality.
• Knowledge of UAE labor practices and recruitment processes.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in English; familiarity with HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and guide team members and HODs on policies and employment matters.
• Assist recruitment, onboarding, and internal mobility to meet manpower needs.
• Coordinate employee engagement and Heart of House activities to strengthen Hilton culture.
• Support performance management, talent management, succession planning and development initiatives.
• Coordinate learning and development activities and track mandatory training.
• Assist with employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and investigations.
• Support payroll, benefits, leave, attendance and HR administration processes.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality in UAE labour law compliance.
• Support HR audits, reporting, manpower planning and HR action plans.
• Collaborate with HODs to address people-related challenges and improve engagement and retention.
• Deputize for the Human Resources Manager when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and guide Team Members and HODs on HR policies, procedures, and employment matters.
• Support recruitment, selection, onboarding, and internal mobility initiatives to meet business and manpower requirements.
• Coordinate Team Member engagement, recognition, and Heart of House activities to strengthen Hilton culture.
• Support performance management, Talent Management, succession planning, and Team Member development initiatives.
• Coordinate Learning & Development activities and monitor completion of mandatory training.
• Assist with Team Member relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and investigations, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
• Support payroll, benefits, leave, attendance, and other HR administration processes.
• Maintain accurate HR records and systems while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with Hilton standards and UAE labor legislation.
• Support HR audits, reporting, manpower planning, and implementation of HR action plans.
• Partner with HODs to address people-related challenges and improve Team Member engagement and retention.
• Deputize for the Human Resources Manager when required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous HR coordinator or supervisory role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Good knowledge of HR operations, UAE labor practices, recruitment, Team Member relations, and performance management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and good knowledge of HR systems.
