About Wynn Al Marjan Island

Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join the IT Operation Engineering & Support team.

The Primary Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Are

• Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions across cloud and on-prem environments
• Develop automation tools for deployment, monitoring, and incident response
• Drive continuous improvement in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Maintain high availability of services through proactive performance tuning and capacity planning
• Monitor system health using dashboards, alerts, and telemetry tools (e.g., DataDog, NewRelic, Kibana)
• Conduct root cause analysis and postmortems for major incidents
• Collaborate with software engineering, cybersecurity, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence
• Establish and refine SLAs, SLOs, and error budgets to guide reliability efforts

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• 5+ years in systems engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles
• Strong scripting and programming skills (Python, Go, Bash)
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• Azure/AWS certifications, ITIL, or SRE-focused credentials preferred
