Job summary

Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company PJSC in Dubai seeks an experienced telecom professional to manage mobile core network operations. Responsibilities include 24x7 escalation handling, IGW/SBC maintenance, and SLA-driven trouble-ticket resolution.

You will generate health and capacity reports, participate in acceptance testing, and coordinate with carrier partners. Strong knowledge of SS7/SIGTRAN/SIP and call flows is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical & Electronic or Telecommunications or Computer engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in Mobile Core network and telecom technologies with team management.
• Strong knowledge of SS7, SIGTRAN, SIP, IP networks and related call flows.

Responsibilities

• 24x7 availability and to handle escalations; coordinate with carrier partners for trouble ticket resolution.
• Able to generate audit, health, capacity reports.
• Perform IGW tasks including testing with new partner.
• Acceptance testing and new feature implementation.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure SLA adherence.
• Configuration changes in IGW core nodes (SOFTX3000, SBC).
• Trouble ticket resolution within SLA; operations and maintenance of SBC and IGW.
• Read, understand, and analyze call flows and telecom protocol traces.
• Communicate effectively with customers; manage VIP care cases.

• More than 6 to 7 years of experience in Mobile Core network (IP Nating, SIP, and SS7 Signalling) and telecom technologies with team management and analytical abilities.

Skills

• Good Knowledge about the following is must: SS7 ISUP, SIGTRAN, SIP, IP network , International Call Setup Call flow.
• Good knowledge core protocols like H.248, SIP, SS7, and SS7 over IP SIGTRAN, SIP/SIP-I/SIP-T, A-interface through knowledge of configuration and troubleshooting.
• Time and resource management.
• Report analysis skills.
• Communication, Flexibility and Customer Service Orientation.
• Work under pressure an able to motivate and inspire the team.
