Job summary

Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company PJSC in Dubai seeks an experienced Senior Network Engineer to manage Mobile Core network operations and carrier coordination. You will perform IGW/SBC tasks, participate in testing with partners, and implement new features while maintaining service levels.

The ideal candidate has 6–7+ years in Mobile Core networks, strong SIP/SIGTRAN/S7 knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Join us to support VIP customers and drive network performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical & Electronic or Telecommunications or Computer engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in Mobile Core network and telecom technologies with team management and analytical abilities is essential.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills are required.

Responsibilities

• 24x7 availability and handle escalations; coordinate with Carrier partners for Trouble Ticket resolution.
• Generate Audit, health, and capacity reports.
• Perform IGW tasks including testing with new partner.
• Acceptance testing and new feature implementation.
• Configuration changes in IGW core nodes (SOFTX3000, SBC).
• Trouble Ticket resolution within SLA.
• Operations and maintenance of SBC and IGW.
• Read and analyze call flows and Telecom Protocol traces.
• Communicate effectively with customers and handle VIP care cases.

• Good Knowledge about the following is must: SS7 ISUP, SIGTRAN, SIP, IP network , International Call Setup Call flow.
• Good knowledge core protocols like H.248, SIP, SS7, and SS7 over IP SIGTRAN, SIP/SIP-I/SIP-T, A-interface through knowledge of configuration and troubleshooting.
• Time and resource management.
• Report analysis skills.
• Communication, Flexibility and Customer Service Orientation.
• Work under pressure an able to motivate and inspire the team.
