We are recruiting for an Engineer – Facilities Management Hard Services to join our Integrated Facilities Services team in Dubai.

Scope

Assist and support the facilities manager and clients in managing daily operations for all FM services, ensuring the facility is maintained, functional, and safe. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance, coordinating with vendors, managing soft services, ensuring safety compliance, and executing facility projects.

Responsibilities
  1. Prepare monthly operational reports to review contract performance.
  2. Ensure FM services are delivered as per the agreed manpower resources.
  3. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for processes and cost savings.
  4. Manage project service delivery to meet SLA/KPI standards.
  5. Add value by proposing cost-reduction initiatives aligned with client objectives.
  6. Deliver FM services in line with contractual SLA/KPI to avoid penalties.
Customer Management
  1. Coordinate with supervisors for staff induction and training; record training in personnel files.
  2. Maintain service level agreements and monitor via client evaluation forms; resolve issues promptly.
  3. Coordinate procurement with the procurement team, adhering to policies.
  4. Manage specialist contractor/vendor relationships within scope.
  5. Report staff sickness, absence, and holidays according to policies.
  6. Engage regularly with clients to ensure high service standards.
  7. Build strong client relationships and conduct regular meetings.
  8. Conduct site visits to review staff performance and address client concerns.
Process Management
  1. Manage contract service delivery per industry standards and local regulations.
  2. Order project equipment and machinery.
  3. Induct and train staff on SOPs and best practices.
  4. Control local procurement activities.
  5. Review account performance monthly with the line manager.
  6. Monitor resource utilization for optimal service delivery.
  7. Lead staff meetings and briefings.
  8. Coordinate invoice processing with admin and finance teams.
  9. Identify energy management opportunities and seek guidance for projects.
  10. Introduce latest technology and develop ROI-based business proposals.
Candidate Profile
  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
  2. Preferred certifications: IOSH/NEBOSH, CFM.
  3. 3-5 years of experience in service delivery of structured contracts with SLA/KPI.
  4. Knowledge of CAFM systems and effective module implementation.
  5. UAE Driver’s license is mandatory.
  6. Strong skills in MS Office and report writing.
  7. Ability to handle adhoc and fit-out projects.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
