Job Purpose
The job holder performs complex trouble shooting, root-cause failure analysis and design review to provide solutions for equipment repair including modifications to enhance equipment performance in assigned plant/area. He assures compliance to ADNOC and International standard.
Study equipment failure data in CMMS to continually improve and implement the most appropriate maintenance strategy.
Advice maintenance supervisors on critical and complex jobs to ensure proper maintenance procedures are followed.
The challenge in this role is to analyze complex situation to break it down into manageable parts and recommend best fit solutions.

The jobholder contributes to Startup the Company Area Focal Point for Electrical Equipment and Systems for FAT, pre-commissioning, commissioning and successful start-up. To ensure that electrical systems on facilities are safely commissioned and can be operated in a manner to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations in accordance with company guidelines and complex HSE policy and procedures.
