Currently, we are hiring for the following role:

Electrical Engineer

Location: Abu Dhabi Site

Industry: Experience with villas, hospitality, residential

Middle East Experience is required

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and manage a team of electrical inspectors across large-scale sites
• Review and enforce compliance with contract documents, codes, and quality standards
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and design offices to align on execution
• Resolve site issues, provide technical clarifications, and interpret drawings
• Track and document progress: daily reports, material logs, change orders
• Conduct inspections, audits, NCRs, and oversee snagging & handover
• Support Resident Engineer and Project Leads on coordination, meetings, and issue resolution
• Monitor safety practices—and call out risks before they escalate

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (Post-grad degree or professional membership a plus: PE, CEng, etc.)
• 7+ years of experience, with significant exposure to consultancy supervision in the Middle East
• Proven success delivering high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use building projects
• Solid understanding of authority requirements, LEED certifications a plus
• Expertise across all phases: design, QA/QC, execution, testing, and handover

Bonus If You Have:

• LEED GA/AP certifications
• Hands-on knowledge of local authority protocols and approval processes
• Experience leading large inspection teams
