Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an AC/HVAC technician in Dubai to service, maintain, troubleshoot, repair and commission split, ducted and central systems. The role requires 3–5+ years' UAE experience, a valid UAE driving license, and the ability to read basic drawings for material planning.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, troubleshoot and repair split, ducted and central AC systems.
• Carry out AC installation, dismantling, replacement and commissioning.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical and refrigeration faults.
• Perform refrigerant charging, leak detection, pressure testing and vacuuming.
• Attend AC breakdown and emergency maintenance calls.
• Check compressors, motors, capacitors, contactors, thermostats and control systems.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance as required.

AC / HVAC Works

• Service, maintain, troubleshoot and repair split, ducted and central AC systems.

• Carry out AC installation, dismantling, replacement and commissioning.

• Perform refrigerant/gas charging, leak detection, pressure testing and vacuuming.

• Clean AC filters, coils, drain trays and condensate drain lines.

• Attend AC breakdown and emergency maintenance calls.

• Check compressors, motors, capacitors, contactors, thermostats and control systems.

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3–5+ years of relevant UAE experience preferred.

• Strong hands-on experience in AC/HVAC and plumbing maintenance.

• Valid UAE Driving Licence is required.

• Ability to troubleshoot faults independently.

• Able to read basic drawings and prepare material requirements.

• Good communication and professional attitude.

• Must be reliable, punctual and willing to attend service calls.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple maintenance tasks.

SALARY & PERFORMANCE

Basic Salary: AED 2,500/- per month
