IT Support Engineer

Establish workstations with computer systems and necessary outer tools (routers, printers, etc.). Check computer (HDD, mice, keyboards, etc.) to ensure capability. Set up and configure appropriate software and operate according to specifications.

Create and maintain regional networks in ways that optimize performance. Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems. Provide training and advice to users on how to operate new software and computer devices.

Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without hindering others from completing their work. Execute troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve issues (repair or replace parts, debugging, etc.). Maintain records/logs of repairs and maintenance schedules. Identify computer or network equipment deficiencies and place orders. Installation of monitoring systems (both Analog and Network).

Freshers Primarily Preferred.

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: From AED 1,800.00 monthly

Ability to commute/relocate: Umm al-Quwain City: Dependably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred).

Education: Bachelor's (Preferred).
