Job summary

Emirates Engine Maintenance Centre is seeking an Engine Overhaul Engineer to supervise a multidisciplinary team in Dubai. You will oversee assembly, disassembly, inspection, repairs, and testing of aircraft engines, ensuring compliance with Airworthiness requirements and OEM recommendations.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to certify tasks and release work to service.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or equivalent with a relevant engineering discipline or licence.
• At least 6 years of engineering experience in aviation/MRO.
• Engine Overhaul Workshop approval/authorisation.
• 3+ years certifying experience as an approval holder.
• Strong knowledge of Airworthiness Directives and SBs.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Engineers and Technicians to achieve safety and quality goals.
• Oversee engine overhaul, testing, and rectification in line with MOE/regulations.
• Coordinate with support functions to meet production targets.
• Lead toolbox sessions and drive process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with paperwork, MRO ERP, and approvals.
