Job summary

ConFlip is seeking a qualified Teacher to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. The role involves delivering high-quality educational experiences and creating a stimulating learning environment for students of all ages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• Ability to design creative lesson plans that promote active learning.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• Proven ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people from different backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that meet the needs of all students
• Monitor student progress and modify teaching methods as needed
• Encourage student critical thinking, problem solving, and self-evaluation skills
• Motivate students to learn through engaging activities such as games, projects, and group work
• Assess student work and provide feedback to improve performance
• Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and staff members
