Job summary

ConFlip is seeking an experienced Teacher to join the team in Abu-Dhabi. The role offers a salary of 1100 and requires a Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field. You will develop engaging lesson plans, prepare materials, assess student progress, manage behavior, and maintain regular communication with parents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Proven experience as a teacher or related education position.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students and parents.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of classroom management techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards within the established timeline.
• Prepare materials for assigned classes and provide individualized instruction to students with diverse learning needs.
• Assess student progress through oral, written, or other evaluations to ensure mastery of subject matter.
• Manage student behavior in accordance with established rules and codes of conduct both inside and outside of the classroom.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, behavior, or other matters of concern.
