ConFlip is seeking an experienced teacher to join our Dubai team. The role involves planning and delivering lessons, monitoring progress, and developing course materials for students of varying ages.

The candidate will contribute to a supportive learning environment in a Dubai classroom. The position requires collaboration with faculty, parents, and administrators, with attention to CCSS/IB standards and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or related field is preferred but not required.
• At least 1 year of teaching experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of CCSS or IB curriculum

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons to students of different ages and abilities.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback on performance.
• Develop course materials such as lesson plans, assignments, and tests.
• Assist with development of individual educational plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Participate in faculty meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other activities related to the educational program.
• Stay up-to-date on new teaching methods and strategies.
• Promote a positive learning environment by encouraging collaboration among students.
