Job summary

Confidential is seeking an Engagement Lead in Abu Dhabi, UAE, to build relationships with students, families, and partners. The role is full-time and on-site, coordinating engagement activities, workshops, and events, while tracking metrics and reporting for continuous improvement.

You will work with educators to identify learner needs, support outreach initiatives, and create an inclusive environment that encourages ongoing participation.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in engagement or outreach roles.
• Experience working with schools or youth programs is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute student and school engagement plans.
• Coordinate workshops, online sessions, and school visits.
• Manage logistics, schedules, and communications.
• Support onboarding activities during pilot and scale-up phases.
• Serve as secondary point of contact for schools and partners.
• Respond to queries, requests, and issues in a timely manner.
• Escalate complex issues to the Partnership Manager or PMO.
• Maintain positive, professional relationships with stakeholders.
• Drop-off rates tracking and feedback collection from students and schools.
• Share insights with Content, LMS, and PMO teams.
• Support marketing campaigns and activations.
• Coordinate with Admin & Reporting Executive for data capture.
• Maintain engagement calendars, trackers, and logs.

Role Description

The Engagement Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for building strong relationships with students, families, and community partners to increase participation in Mind Base Education programs. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating engagement activities, organizing workshops or events, gathering feedback from learners, and ensuring clear, timely communication about available resources and support. The Engagement Lead will collaborate with educators and staff to identify learner needs, support outreach initiatives, and help create a welcoming, inclusive environment that encourages ongoing participation. The role also involves tracking engagement metrics and preparing brief reports to inform continuous improvement efforts.

1. Engagement Execution & Operations

• Execute student and school engagement plans
