Armacell is looking for a commercially focused and results-driven Sales Manager to carry out sales activities across the Middle East with a specific focus on the Energy sector. This position is responsible for implementing sales initiatives that contribute to revenue growth increased market share and customer acquisition in the oil & gas power generation and industrial infrastructure markets.

Your Tasks:
  • Drive sales growth of Armacells insulation and strategic products across the Middle East with a primary focus on the energy sector

  • Establish and manage a robust project pipeline ensuring timely conversion from lead generation to order closure

  • Implement country-specific sales strategies for KSA Qatar UAE and other GCC countries to achieve defined sales targets

  • Lead high-level customer interactions and negotiations to secure long-term partnerships and high-value contracts

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Customer servicessupply chain managementproduct management marketing and commercial operations) to align sales efforts with regional business objectives

  • Monitor market trends competitor actions and customer feedback to adapt commercial strategies and identify areas of opportunity

  • Manage distributor performance by setting targets evaluating outcomes and ensuring strong channel relationships

  • Report sales performance and market updates to the General Manager EMEA South East & MEA and Business Development Manager EMEA using CRM tools such as Salesforce

Your Profile:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field (technical background is a plus)

  • Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in industrial or construction materials preferably within the energy or oil & gas sector in the Middle East

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex B2B customer relationships

  • Strong understanding of project sales cycles and government/EPC procurement processes

  • Excellent negotiation leadership and communication skills

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce) for sales reporting and lead management

  • Self-driven target-oriented and capable of independently managing a multi-country sales territory

  • Valid UAE or Saudi Arabia driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the region
