You will mentor automation engineers, contribute to budgeting, and optimize operations to reduce costs while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electromechanical Engineering is required.
• 7+ years in an engineering role in telecom/infra environments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical works in telecom infrastructure.
• Experience with UAE No Objection Certification processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the facilities management service provider and ensure delivery of services.
• Oversee contracts for electromechanical systems, UPS, HVAC, CCTV, and more.
• Guide automation engineers, mentor the team, and drive productivity.
• Define automation strategies with stakeholders and prioritize projects.
• Support budgeting, cost reduction, and efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with operations, IT, and project management for successful implementations.
