Job summary

DU in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Senior Facilities and Telecom Engineering Leader to oversee the facilities management program for telecom infrastructure in Dubai. You will direct maintenance operations, manage contracts, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

You will lead a team of automation and electrical engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive cost efficiencies through upgrades, energy improvements, and standardization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electromechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 7 years' engineering experience in telecom.
• Strong knowledge of electrical works for telecom infrastructure.
• Familiar with UAE No Objection Certification processes.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• Experience with GPS, GIS, and site surveying.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the facilities management service provider.
• Oversee corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Manage contracts and KPI/SLA review processes.
• Coordinate automation strategies and prioritize projects.
• Ensure availability of spare parts and materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Supervise electricians and contractors as required.
