Qualifications

• Familiarity with UAE No Objection Certification processes.
• Proficient with MS Office tools and GPS surveying.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Facilities Management service provider to deliver maintenance and capital projects.
• Manage all facilities contracts and contractors and review contract processes.
• Lead and manage automation engineers and provide mentorship.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define automation strategies and priorities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement through automation.
