Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
Minimum 6 years of professional experience.
Experience in process/environmental engineering or energy management.
Exposure to petrochemical/oil and gas facilities preferred.
Strong understanding of energy balances and calculations.
Familiarity with ISO 50001 requirements and implementation.

Responsibilities

Calculate energy consumption, savings, emissions, and related indicators for facilities and projects.
Maintain energy efficiency calculations for performance comparisons.
Analyse energy data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Prepare technical reports explaining energy performance to management and teams.
Develop energy limits, standards, and reporting systems.
Support energy audits and follow up corrective actions.
Contribute to ISO 50001 energy management system implementation and updates.
Coordinate with operations, engineering, and environmental teams on energy performance.
