What is the role?

We are seeking an enthusiastic Energy Insurance Broker to join our independent insurance brokerage in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and partners while delivering comprehensive insurance solutions tailored to the unique needs of the energy sector.

What will you be doing?

• Collaborate closely with energy clients to understand their risk profiles, operational challenges, and insurance requirements.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and analyses to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks specific to the energy industry.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with underwriters and insurance carriers, negotiating terms and conditions to secure optimal coverage for clients.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to provide strategic risk management advice and solutions.
• Develop and present customized insurance programs that align with clients' risk appetite, compliance needs, and business goals.
• Actively participate in the claims management process, providing support to clients and facilitating the resolution of claims.
• Keep informed about advancements in energy technologies and industry best practices.

• Proven experience as an insurance broker, specifically within the energy sector.
