GluCare Integrated Diabetes Center is a tech-driven, patient-centric healthcare facility revolutionizing diabetes and metabolic disorder management. By integrating AI-driven care, continuous remote monitoring, and personalized treatment plans, we provide comprehensive and innovative solutions for our patients.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Endocrinologist to join our multidisciplinary team and contribute to our mission of redefining diabetes and endocrine care.

Job Summary

As an Endocrinologist at GluCare, you will play a critical role in diagnosing, treating, and managing diabetes, metabolic disorders, and other endocrine conditions. You will work collaboratively with family medicine specialists, diabetes educators, dietitians, and digital health experts to provide integrated and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat diabetes, thyroid disorders, adrenal and pituitary conditions, and other endocrine diseases
  • Develop personalized treatment plans, including medication management, lifestyle interventions, and continuous monitoring strategies
  • Optimize insulin therapy, continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), and other advanced diabetes treatments
  • Address comorbidities such as obesity, dyslipidemia, and hypertension to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with diabetes educators, dietitians, lifestyle coaches, and family medicine specialists for comprehensive patient care
  • Utilize wearable health devices and remote monitoring technology to track patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Support the implementation of AI-driven healthcare innovations to enhance patient engagement and outcomes
  • Educate patients on the importance of lifestyle modifications, nutrition, and self-care in managing endocrine disorders
  • Provide guidance on new diabetes technologies, such as insulin pumps and CGMs, to optimize patient adherence
  • Conduct group education sessions or workshops on endocrine health topics
  • Participate in clinical research and contribute to evidence-based practice in endocrinology and diabetes care
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in endocrinology and incorporate best practices into patient management
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient experience and care delivery

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • DHA license
  • Medical degree (MD, MBBS, or equivalent) with a specialization in Endocrinology
  • Board certification or equivalent credentials in Endocrinology
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Endocrinologist, preferably with experience in diabetes and metabolic disorders
  • Experience with digital health tools, remote monitoring, and AI-driven healthcare solutions is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment with a commitment to continuous learning and innovation
