Job summary

Remotedxb is seeking a QA professional to execute end-to-end customer journey testing within a regulated financial services context in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on assessing outcomes accuracy, consistency and fairness across journeys.

You will conduct risk-based testing on higher-risk cohorts, including vulnerable customers and high-value redress, and document issues uncovered via Root Cause Analysis to support remediation and improved controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Service QA/QC, outcomes testing, compliance monitoring or assurance.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, complaints, and redress.
• Ability to apply judgement and assess fair customer outcomes.
• Strong analytical and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow a defined framework and scorecard to undertake e2e customer journey testing.
• Complete regular SSS testing to provide a representative view of accuracy, consistency and fairness of customer outcomes.
• Perform risk-based testing across higher-risk cohorts and journeys, including vulnerable customers and high-value redress.
• Document errors, customer detriment, control weakness and systemic themes identified through Root Cause Analysis.
