Job Description
  • Report to work on time and be ready for your scheduled shift.
  • Properly break down machines to thoroughly clean all parts.
  • Change water in machines and clean debris baskets hourly.
  • Keep all chemicals full during service to ensure proper cleaning.
  • Inform supervisors if low on soap products (solid powder, solid brilliance, silver fusion).
  • Maintain fresh water in the three-compartment sink, changing it at least once an hour.
  • Ensure sanitizer test strips are available.
  • Keep shelves above sinks organized and dry.
  • Take out trash and recycling as needed during service.
  • Ensure hand sinks are stocked with soap and towels throughout the day.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish stations.
  • Organize the soil table to provide a proper landing spot for dirty items.
  • Keep soaking basins clean and fresh.
  • Store and organize BOH space daily.
  • Organize non-F&B orders.
  • Remove boxes from receiving area and maintain the slop sink in the kitchen.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the glass rack storage area.
  • Perform all opening and closing duties as outlined by supervisors.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role, preferred.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for the duration of a shift.
  • Good fitness level and ability to lift kitchen equipment.
  • Organize time and work efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willing to work weekends and public holidays if needed.
  • Initiate contact and establish rapport easily.
  • Willing to undertake further development.
