Job Description

Maintenance Agent-Technician

You perform diverse duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain the property's facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment for guests.

What You Will Be Doing

• Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on the property's facilities and equipment
• Identify safety issues in all areas of the property and take corrective action
• Assist guests with property facilities in an informative and helpful manner

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Relevant building maintenance experience (asset)
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Highly responsible and reliable
