Job summary

Khalifa University in Abu Dhabi invites an Employer Relations professional within Career Services to connect students and graduates with employers and opportunities. Reporting to the Manager, Career Services, you will develop employer relationships, support internships and graduate recruitment, and coordinate activities that bring employers together with students and alumni.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Higher Education Administration or a related field.
• Relevant experience in employer engagement, career services, recruitment partnerships, or closely related work.
• Strong communication, collaboration, relationship management, and client service skills.
• Ability to coordinate events, maintain accurate records, and analyze and report activity data.
• A results-focused approach to supporting students, graduates, alumni, and employers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor labor market trends and identify opportunities for new employer partnerships.
• Collaborate across university departments and uphold information security and confidentiality standards.
