A Snapshot of Your Day

As an EHS Engineer at Siemens Energy, your day will be dynamic and collaborative, working closely with project management, contractors, and the EQS team to ensure the successful implementation of the Project HSE Plan. You will conduct site inspections, lead toolbox talks, and provide expert advice to promote a culture of safety and compliance. Your proactive approach will not only enhance HSE performance but also foster a supportive team environment that prioritizes mutual respect and continuous improvement.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Prepare, implement, monitor, and review the HSE Plan on site.
• Report monthly to Client and Project Management on HSE performance.
• Provide expert advice to Project Management, Engineers, Subcontractors, etc., and hold toolbox talks & HSE meetings with all HSE representatives on site.
• Monitor work sites for unsafe practices and behaviors and ensure compliance with occupational health standards and welfare arrangements.
• Ensure that all sites operate in line with QA procedures, statutory, regulatory, and EHS requirements.
• Abide by and comply with Siemens' Compliance and Business Conduct Guidelines.
• Work as a team player and maintain a constant sense of mutual support.
