Key duties include developing happiness strategies, leading wellness and retention efforts, managing feedback and grievances, and preparing leadership reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly analytical with strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Experience in employee engagement, workplace wellness, and culture development.
• Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
