Job summary

Mashreq UAE is seeking an Officer within PICG to support MB UAE employee experience initiatives. You will work closely with the Manager Employee Experience and Head of Employee Experience on onboarding, offboarding, visa and labour processing, pension, and data maintenance.

You will also coordinate with internal PICG functions to support business needs and contribute to bank-wide projects, ensuring alignment with our objectives and maintaining high-performance standards across MB UAE.

• Collaborate with Manager Employee Experience to streamline onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Handle visa/labour processing and data maintenance for MB UAE.
• Coordinate with internal PICG functions to support business needs and participate in bank-wide projects.
