Job description

Responsible for providing operational support to the managed business unit, ensuring HR meets their needs and objectives effectively and efficiently.

What you'll Do!
  • Act as a representative of the HR function, providing day-to-day HR support to employees and management.
  • Participate in implementing employee induction and orientation plans in conjunction with the Employee Services team, and follow up on the progress of new recruits during their induction and probation periods, including identifying training needs to complement on-the-job learning.
  • Handle staff grievances and disciplinary issues, providing guidance to line managers for efficient resolution in line with HR policies and procedures, and undertake measures to aid retention.
  • Facilitate the performance management process, drive the appraisal cycle during probation and annually, review outcomes, and report to HRBPs for further analysis and decisions related to training, rewards, and performance management.
  • Provide advice to employees in accordance with company and HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate the exit process for departing employees, ensuring timely payment of final settlements and visa cancellations.
  • Oversee entry and maintenance of employee data on HR systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate the End of Service (EOS) process and facilitate smooth employee exits.
Desired Candidate Profile

Education/Certification and Continued Education

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business Management.

Years of Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office; exposure to HR software solutions is an advantage.
  • Good command of English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
