Responsibilities

• Lead the Emiratization strategy in alignment with UAE goals and regulations.
• Oversee end-to-end management of Emirati talent lifecycle: attraction, onboarding, development, retention.
• Build partnerships with MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, and pension bodies, ensuring compliance.
• Oversee visa, contracts, Emirates ID processes and timely renewals.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide leadership with insights.
• Drive digital transformation to enhance Government Relations and Talent & Culture processes.
