Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim Development Business is seeking an Emirati Talent - Senior Associate, Compliance to support the ongoing development and effective implementation of Corporate Compliance and Third-Party Risk Management programs.

You will assist with policy management, due diligence, risk assessments and monitoring, while coordinating with Legal, Risk, Internal Audit and Procurement teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Corporate Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Ethics & Compliance, or Third-Party Risk Management.
• Knowledge of ABC, AML/CTF, sanctions, and KYC.
• Experience with policy management and governance, risk, and compliance systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Corporate Compliance and TPRM frameworks, including due diligence and ongoing monitoring.
• Assist in policy management, annual reviews, and control effectiveness assessments.
• Conduct compliance and ethics risk assessments (fraud, AML/CTF, sanctions, KYC, EDD).
• Support Ethics Hotline investigations and COI/GHE disclosures.
• Assist in third-party risk management across lifecycle including due diligence and risk remediation.
• Track compliance performance with KPIs, dashboards and data analytics.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Internal Audit, Procurement, and Human Capital teams.

JOB TITLE

Emirati Talent - Senior Associate, Compliance | Majid Al Futtaim Development Business

ROLE SUMMARY

The position holder is responsible for supporting the Compliance Manager in the continued development, maturation, and effective implementation of the Corporate Compliance and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) programs across Development Business.

ROLE PROFILE

• Support the development and implementation of the Corporate Compliance and Business Ethics framework, including Code of Conduct, ABC, AML/CTF, Sanctions, Ethics Hotline, Conflicts of Interest and Gifts & Hospitality.
• Support the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework, including due diligence, risk assessments, ongoing monitoring and remediation of supplier, vendor and business-partner risks.
• Monitor regulatory compliance by tracking changes in external requirements, identifying potential non-compliance and supporting corrective action plans.
• Support policy management and compliance, including maintaining critical policies, coordinating annual policy reviews and assessing policy implementation and control effectiveness.
• Conduct compliance and ethics risk assessments, including fraud, AML/CTF, sanctions, Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) screening.
• Support Ethics Hotline investigations and review employee and third-party Conflicts of Interest (CoI) and Gifts, Hospitality & Entertainment (GHE) disclosures.
• Assess and manage third-party compliance risks, including anti-bribery and corruption, sanctions, AML/CTF, fraud, ESG and reputational risks throughout the third-party lifecycle.
• Track compliance performance and provide stakeholder support through KPIs, dashboards, data analytics, training and awareness, while collaborating with Legal, Risk, Internal Audit, Procurement, Human Capital and other Majid Al Futtaim teams.

REQUIREMENTS

• Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Due Diligence & Enhanced Due Diligence.
• Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC), AML/CTF, Sanctions & KYC compliance.
• Compliance Risk Assessment, Monitoring & Data Analytics.
• Policy Management, GRC Technologies & Compliance Management Systems.
• 2-5 years of experience in Corporate Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Ethics & Compliance, or Third-Party Risk Management.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence, manage sensitive matters and build trusted relationships across all organizational levels.
