We are looking to hire a Emirati Receptionist for one of our clients (Medical Center) in Abu Dhabi. To qualify for the position you must have 13 years of experience and should be familiar with the medical field.
Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and courteous Emirati receptionist to join our medical center team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in both Arabic and English have a keen eye for detail and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. This role is vital for ensuring smooth operations within the medical center and delivering a positive experience for patients and visitors.

Responsibilities:
  • Patient Interaction:

    • Greet patients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
    • Assist patients with checkin and checkout procedures.
    • Provide information about the medical center s services policies and procedures.
  • Appointment Management:

    • Schedule reschedule and cancel patient appointments efficiently.
    • Manage physician schedules and coordinate appointment times.
    • Ensure accurate and timely appointment reminders for patients.
  • Communication:

    • Answer and manage phone calls addressing patient inquiries and directing calls to appropriate staff.
    • Communicate effectively in both Arabic and English to accommodate a diverse patient population.
  • Administrative Tasks:

    • Maintain and update patient records in the electronic health records (EHR) system.
    • Handle patient correspondence including mail faxes and emails.
    • Perform general office duties such as filing data entry and managing office supplies.
  • Insurance and Billing:

    • Verify and process patient insurance information and claims.
    • Assist with billing inquiries and manage patient account transactions.
    • Provide information regarding payment options and financial policies.
  • Referral Coordination:

    • Schedule and coordinate patient referrals to specialists and other healthcare providers.
    • Ensure all necessary documentation and information are accurately conveyed.
  • Compliance and Confidentiality:

    • Adhere to local healthcare regulations including HIPAA and UAE privacy laws.
    • Ensure patient confidentiality and secure handling of medical records.
  • Office Environment:

    • Maintain a clean organized and welcoming reception area.
    • Address any patient or visitor concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Qualifications:
    • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or diplomas in office administration or healthcare are a plus.
    • Experience: Previous experience 13 years in a medical receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
    Must Have:
    • Good English Language Skills.
      Good Computer Skills.
