Job summary

HealthHub Clinics, part of Al-Futtaim Health, is seeking a qualified Emirati Laboratory Technologist to join our 24/7 diagnostic laboratory at Marsa Plaza, Dubai.

You will perform routine and specialized tests, ensure accuracy, and maintain equipment while adhering to DHA regulations and patient confidentiality. DHA-licensed Lab Technologist with a Bachelor’s in Medical Laboratory Science is required, with clinical-lab experience and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Emiratization with a valid Family Book.
• Hold a current DHA License as a Laboratory Technologist.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Laboratory Technology, or related field.
• Experience in a clinical laboratory environment.
• Willingness to work a 24/7 shift-based laboratory operation.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and patient safety.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized diagnostic tests across laboratory disciplines.
• Ensure accuracy, reliability and timely reporting of results.
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and calibrate equipment per standards.
• Adhere to DHA regulations, protocols and infection prevention procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical handling of patient data.
• Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and healthcare professionals.
• Support continuous quality improvement and accreditation efforts.
