Job summary

HealthHub Clinics in Dubai is seeking a UAE National Laboratory Technologist to join a 24/7 diagnostic lab. You will perform routine and specialized tests, ensure timely, accurate reporting, and support clinical decision-making alongside physicians and nurses.

The role requires a DHA license, a Bachelor's in Medical Laboratory Science, and strong attention to detail with teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• UAE National with a valid Family Book.
• Current DHA License as Laboratory Technologist.
• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
• Experience in a clinical laboratory environment.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift-based operation.
• Strong attention to detail and patient safety.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized diagnostic tests across various laboratory disciplines.
• Ensure accuracy, reliability, and timely reporting of results to support clinical decisions.
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and calibrate laboratory equipment per quality and safety standards.
• Adhere to DHA regulations, lab protocols, and infection prevention procedures.
• Uphold confidentiality and ethics when handling patient data.
• Maintain accurate lab documentation and records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals to deliver patient care.
• Support continuous quality improvement and accreditation efforts.
