Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong teamwork and customer service mindset.
• Eligible to work in UAE with valid employment visa.
• Minimum age 21 years old, height 160 cm to 212 cm reach.
• High school diploma required; hospitality or service experience preferred.
• No visible tattoos while in Emirates Cabin Crew uniform.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboard service and ensure passenger comfort across flights.
• Maintain cabin cleanliness and safety standards throughout service.
• Respond to passenger requests and work with crew to ensure smooth flights.
• Uphold service standards in line with Emirates Fly Better brand.

In the role, you will ensure the safety and comfort of our passengers, manage onboard service and maintain cabin cleanliness throughout each flight. You will respond to passenger requests, working collaboratively with your fellow colleagues to ensure a smooth flight. You will also uphold the highest of service standards in line with the Emirates Fly Better promise.

Skills

• Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage)
• A natural team player with a personality that shines
• At least 160cm tall and able to reach 212cm high
• Able to meet the UAE’s employment visa requirements
• At least 21 years old
• And have:
• At least 1 year of hospitality or customer service experience
• A minimum of high school (Grade 12) education
• No visible tattoos while in Emirates Cabin Crew uniform
