Qualifications

• Grade 12 (high school) completed.
• At least 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field.
• Fluent in spoken and written English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Minimum height: 160 cm, with an arm reach of 212 cm (on tiptoes).
• Minimum age: 21 years at the time of application.
• Must be able to meet UAE employment visa requirements.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai and work a rotational shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Good physical health and ability to pass a medical fitness assessment.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
