Imbono is seeking a Financial Modeling Specialist – Valuation to support investment decisions across its emerging-markets portfolio. The role focuses on building and stress-testing sophisticated financial models, including DCF, LBO, and project finance, to underpin capital allocation decisions in large-scale energy, water, and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting or quantitative field.
• MBA, CFA, ACA, ACCA or CPA or equivalent is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated expertise in building DCF, LBO and project finance models from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain project finance models (DCF, LBO, M&A, greenfield/brownfield).
• Lead valuation workstreams using DCF, comps, precedent transactions, sum-of-the-parts.
• Model capital structures, debt sizing and repayment schedules for infra projects.
