Job summary

Intesa Sanpaolo Group's Dubai Branch is seeking a Debt Capital Markets professional to support the origination and execution of bond transactions across the UAE and wider region.

You will work with internal stakeholders across the CIB Division and the DCM platform, preparing client materials, conducting issuer analysis and monitoring market trends to contribute to the bank’s DCM franchise growth.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in Debt Capital Markets or related fields such as Investment Banking, Corporate Finance or Fixed Income.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics or related field.
• Knowledge of bond markets, debt financing products, and capital markets transactions.
• Financial modelling, valuation techniques and quantitative analysis.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Bloomberg; experience with KYC and documentation processes.

Responsibilities

• Support origination and execution of Debt Capital Markets transactions.
• Prepare client presentations, pitch books and market updates.
• Conduct market and issuer analysis to support business development.
• Assist with transaction structuring, pricing and execution.
• Coordinate internal approvals and governance processes; liaise with Relationship Managers and product partners.
• Support KYC, onboarding and transaction-related documentation.
• Monitor market developments and debt capital market activity.
• Prepare internal reports and management updates.
• Contribute to growth of the Bank’s DCM franchise.
