Job summary

Intesa Sanpaolo Dubai Branch seeks a Debt Capital Markets professional to support origination and execution of bond transactions in the UAE and wider region. You will prepare client materials, analyze markets, and coordinate governance with internal stakeholders to grow the bank's DCM franchise.

The role requires 3–5 years in DCM or related fields, a finance degree, and fluency in English (CEFR C1). Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg and knowledge of KYC/regulatory processes is

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in Debt Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance or Fixed Income.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics or related field.
• Knowledge of bond markets, debt financing products, capital markets transactions and financial analysis.
• Financial modelling, valuation techniques and quantitative analysis.
• Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Bloomberg.
• Knowledge of transaction execution processes, documentation and regulatory requirements applicable to capital markets activities.
• English language proficiency at CEFR C1 level.
• Understanding of financial institutions, corporate issuers and investor dynamics.
• Knowledge of KYC, client onboarding and internal governance processes.
• Preferred: CFA, FRM or progress towards obtaining one of these certifications; knowledge of Middle East capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Support development of the Bank's Debt Capital Markets business in the UAE and wider region.
• Assist in origination and execution of DCM transactions.
• Prepare client presentations, pitch books and market updates.
• Conduct market and issuer analysis to support business development.
• Contribute to transaction structuring, pricing and execution.
• Coordinate internal approvals and governance processes.
• Liaise with Relationship Managers, product partners and other stakeholders.
• Support KYC onboarding and transaction-related documentation.
• Monitor market developments and debt capital market activity.
• Prepare internal reports and management updates.
• Contribute to growth of the Bank's DCM franchise.
