Job summary

Analog builds Hive, a digital twin platform that connects physical environments to AI and sensors, enabling defense and government customers to monitor, simulate, train, and command across real-world estates and synthetic environments.

We seek an experienced Emergency Sector SME to bring direct operational know-how into Hive development, shaping scenarios and requirements with end users and operators across civil defense, police, ambulance, and national crisis management.

Qualifications

• Senior, direct operational experience in civil defense, police, ambulance, or national crisis management.
• Active network across the emergency response sector.
• Ability to translate operational realities into actionable product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and validate operational scenarios drawn from civil defense, police, ambulance, or national crisis management practice.
• Review product and engineering requirements against real-world emergency response operations, flag gaps.
• Support user acceptance testing with operators to ensure Hive performs under crisis conditions.
• Translate emergency response doctrine and workflows into clear input for product and delivery teams.
• Leverage live networks across the emergency sector to facilitate validation, feedback, and pilots.
• Represent Analog credibly with emergency service stakeholders at demonstrations and exercises.
• Advise leadership on sector priorities, procurement patterns, and Hive positioning for emergency customers.
• Mentor internal teams on emergency response culture, terminology, and realities.
