Position: Emergency Room Nurse

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage & Patient Assessment:
    Triage patients based on the severity of their condition and initiate appropriate care.
  • Initial Assessments:
    Collect relevant patient data, including vital signs and medical history.
  • Treatment Administration:
    Administer medications, intravenous fluids, and other prescribed treatments.
  • Emergency Procedures Assistance:
    Assist physicians during emergency procedures such as intubation and wound care.
  • Monitoring & Reporting:
    Monitor and record patients' responses to treatments and report any changes in condition.
  • Patient Support:
    Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.
  • Patient Education:
    Educate patients on their condition, treatment options, and self-care after discharge.
  • Collaboration:
    Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and timely patient care.
  • Infection Control:
    Ensure compliance with infection control policies and procedures.
  • Professional Development:
    Stay updated with advancements in emergency nursing and participate in continuing education.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN).
  • Licensing:
    • Valid nursing license and registration.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency department setting.
  • Certifications:
    • BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
  • Skills:
